of liability from $800,000 to $300,000,000.
Coverage is written as per the London US Vessel Pollution Insurance form.
In addition we are able to offer Fines, Penalties and Defense cover on a
limited basis by endorsement.
We are authorized to issue Evidence of Financial Responsibility
forms CG-5586 to satisfy the financial responsibility requirements
of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 as required by the USCG.
